Sur Simcoe.com Julie Czerneda revient sa série Night's Edge dont le deuxième livre, A Play of Shadow, a remporté le Prix Aurora Award dans la catégorie meilleur roman anglais :
“I’d already built the world, I already had the confidence I needed so it was much easier,” she said of the creative process. “There are lots of stories to tell in it. I did so much world-building because I wanted a very rich environment.”
