Margaret Atwood (Le Temps du déluge, MadAddam) a remporté le PEN Pinter Prize 2016 :

 

The prize is awarded annually to a writer of outstanding literary merit who, in the words of Harold Pinter’s Nobel Prize in Literature speech, casts an ‘unflinching, unswerving’ gaze upon the world and shows a ‘fierce intellectual determination … to define the real truth of our lives and our societies’. This year, for the first time, the prize is open to writers from the Republic of Ireland and the Commonwealth, as well as from the UK.

 

 

La 28e édition des Lambda Awards, qui célèbrent l'excellence dans la littérature LGBT sur de nombreux genres a, quant à elle, récompensé Kirsty Logan pour The Grace Keepers dans la catégorie SF/Fantasy/Horror et l'anthologie Beyond: The Queer Sci-Fi and Fantasy Comic Anthology, dirigée par Sfé R. Monster.
