Louise Cooper est en train de rédiger une nouvelle série pour la jeunesse : Mermaid Curse. Les deux premiers tomes paraîtront en février 2008.

Mermaid Curse tells the story of Lizzy Baxter, an adopted girl who discovers the astounding truth about her real identity, and embarks on a dangerous quest beyond her wildest imagining. Like my earlier Sea Horses quartet, Mermaid Curse takes place in Cornwall. But this time I've moved from the dramatic cliffs and beaches of the north Cornish coast to the calmer but equally exciting setting of a busy fishing port on the shores of Mount's Bay… and to the mysterious world that lies under the sea.
