- Once the short story collection is finished, have you given any thought about what project you'll be tackling next?
Robin Hobb : I have several ideas. One is fairly strong right now, but I'm not going to write about it here. My experience is that if I talk or write too much about a book before I start actually writing it, it deflates. The fun goes out of it and when I actually start writing, I feel like it's a story I've told already. So. For now, I'll just say that I have a very solid idea and it seems to be acquiring a good head of steam.
