Un message de Norman Spinrad

Message par Fabien Lyraud » jeu. nov. 13, 2014 8:06 pm

Steve Davidson ( le rédac chef de Amazing Stories) m'a fait parvenir un message de Norman qui a besoin de toute urgence d'un nouvel appartement à Paris.
OOKING FOR A MIRACLE, BUT WILLING TO PAY HANDSOMELY!!
Dona and I have had terrible luck in our quest for an apartment to rent permantly in Paris. First 10 days without internert acess due to the stupidity of Numercable, and then Dona fell and injured herself on the train to Nantes, and right now is in a wheelchair, though not permanently.
That’s the bad news. The good news is that we’re in the process of selling the NY apartment for 7 figures. The bad news is that when we do we will be rich hkomeless people unless we can move permanently to Paris by January and now we have only 10 days to get an apartment found.
The good news is that we will be able to do a very good deal for a Paris apartment, avoiding all sorts of problems for us and the landlord, paying many months rent in advance, able to prove we have lots of capital, etc.
So the hail mary here is to use Face book directly. What we’re looking for is a minimum of 60 meters near the Place Maubert in the 5th, has to be ground floor or with an elevator and at least a separate toilet and WC. Beyond that we are willing to be flexible, even creatively flexible, like a loft even, like something weird. Rent at least a shade under 3000 euros and not “furnished.”
