Steph Swainston (L'année de notre Guerre chez Bragelonne) vient de terminer son nouveau roman : Dangerous Offspring. C'est le dernier de la trilogie Fourlands.

Voici ce qu'elle en dit sur le net :

When she eventually arrives at the front, where all hell is breaking loose in the war against the insects, she causes yet more trouble."

Frost the architect has a plan to defeat the insects, Swainston said. "She has built an enormous dam to push them back out of a region of the Paperlands," she said. "But the immortals unwittingly make the situation a million times worse, as the insects reveal a generational twist of their own. The emperor leaves the castle to see what is happening, a change so unprecedented that many think the end of the world is at hand."
