Selon l'administrateur de son site web, il aurait signé pour trois nouveaux romans dont deux débuts de cycles : The Hinges of Hell et A Different Kind of Human (Les titres sont provisoires).

Il quitte Tor. Il publiera désormais chez Putnam.
Je suppose que Tor a ses raisons.
C'est vrai qu'il était assez incompréhensible que Tor, éditeur à l'excellente réputation publiait un tel boulet. Ils ont réparé maintenant.

selon Elbakin, The Hinges of Hell serait non pas de la fantasy, mais "un thriller contemporain dont l’action se déroule au sein d’une ville américaine".

Et sur ses changements d'éditeurs, l'auteur explique plein de trucs dans un message sur le forum de son site.
