Mignola parle sur le site SciFi wire de sa nouvelle série : Witchfinder

"It's set in the Hellboy world in 1872, maybe," Mignola told reporters Nov. 11 on the red carpet of the Hollywood party celebrating the DVD/Blu-ray release of Hellboy II: The Golden Army. "I introduced a Victorian occult detective a billion years ago for, like, one panel in Hellboy, and then I used him for 10 pages in a recent Abe Sapien miniseries. So now we're kind of getting around to do that guy."

The comic series will center on Sir Edward Grey. "The first one, I just wrote the first issue of the first miniseries just the other day, and the first miniseries takes place in London," Mignola said. "The second miniseries--which I'm co-writing with John Arcudi, who writes B.P.R.D.--that'll take place in the Old West. And the third one that I'll come back and write is going to take place in Paris and some other weird places. But, yeah, it's kind of the last big character that hasn't gotten the limelight in the Hellboy world but is a guy I wanted to do for a long time."
