Voici un petit article en anglais sur le sexe dans la SF de l'âge d'or. Des relations pas toujours évidentes.
Petit extrait :
"During the Golden Age of science-fiction, at John W. Campbell's "Astounding" magazine, that role was fulfilled by editorial assistant Kay Tarrant. Blue pencil at the ready, Miss Tarrant kept her eye out for anything unsuitable in the manuscripts, particularly references to sex. Not surprisingly, writers would respond by trying to slip one past her. It became something of an informal competition.
One who succeeded was George O. Smith. The August issue of Astounding published "Rat Race," a "gadget" tale by Smith that discussed "the original ball-bearing mousetrap." In laymen's terms: a tomcat." Tout est ici
